For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from marks or fragrance. Please email us first for the return address in China and send your return within 14 days of receiving our instructions.

Customers cover shipping and associated customs charges for voluntary returns or exchanges. We do not charge a restocking fee. AURA covers reasonable and necessary costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
